Abstract
In the article the cyclical theories of economic development were analyzed. Discussed approaches to determining the cause and origin of the cyclical nature of the economy. This article generalized theoretical approaches to the stages of life cycle of financial centres and researches the development of financial centres structures according to the theory of life cycle.
