Abstract
The article analyses existing approaches of scientists to the interpretation of the essence of the system of management of investment projects. The features of construction of system of management of investment projects and evaluated the possibility of using these systems in the implementation of investment projects. Described elements, indicators and factors of influence on the system of management of investment projects. The proposed system of management of investment projects, which is a collection of elements defining the process of planning, analysis, design, implementation and monitoring of the investment project. Reviewed the elements of the system of management of investment projects.
