The mechanism of the regional lending

Abstract
The article analyzes the relevance and regional development lending, and the mechanism by which the loans can be sold. Where found disadvantages, which arise by the implementation of this mechanism. Based on studies of national and foreign scientists suggested ways to improvement of the current mechanism of the regional developments lending.
