The method of evaluation for complex quality single verbal indicators of quality on the basis of weighting coefficients

Abstract

The quality of complex objects can be defined by a set of individual quality indicators that profile quality or integrated (complex) measure of quality is the result of association (aggregation) Quality Score profile. Merging can be considered individual weights of individual quality parameters that characterize their advantage. In the article the methods that provide a comprehensive indicator of the quality of the facility when submitting his individual quality indicators on intervals and order scales (numerical and verbal) taking into account the weight coefficients of individual quality. For data submitted on scales intervals and scales associative manner task of evaluating complex quality solved using weighted average values of individual quality. To order scales can be used midpoint or median Walsh in the case where all the weights are equal to one. To take into account the weight coefficients of the representation of individual quality indicators for numeric and verbal scales procedure proposed to use weighted profile, formed as a combination of weighted factors and categories of verbal scales, which include individual quality. For comprehensive measure of quality or verbal numerical scales suggested to use OWA operator or median Walsh (in the odd number of verbal indicators of quality). The results of verification obtained by using verbal-numeric scale.
