THE METHODICAL APPROACH TO PLANNING PHARMACEUTICAL PROVIDING THE REGION’S POPULATION IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Abstract
The methodical approach to planning pharmaceutical providing the region’s population in emergency situations, which is planning a pharmaceutical providing of population-based analysis of the actual state of all levels of the health system in the region and their readiness for operation under conditions of emergency Methodical approach allows reducing uncertainty and unpredictability in the planning of pharmaceutical providing of population, which is achieved by processing alternative solutions according to the possible scenarios of emergencies and introducing a mechanism of suspension and correction decisions of each option.
