THE METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO IDENTIFY THE POTENTIAL OF SPATIAL INTEGRATION OF BUSINESS IN THE REGION

Abstract
The aim of the article is to develop a methodological approach to the complex estimation of the potential of spatial integration of business in the region. The review of modern approaches of scientists to the evaluation of possibilities to form the clusters on the territory of a region has been carried out. The authors have been developed a methodological approach to the complex estimation of the potential of spatial integration of business in the region. The proposed methodical approach to the complex estimation of the potential of spatial integration of business in the region allows: to estimate the potential of the spatial integration of business in the regions of Ukraine taking into account the triple spiral of innovation development and the existing forms of spatial organization of business; to find out the features of the regional economy structure, its sectoral specialization on the background of the state and estimate the potential of sector clusters formation in the regions of Ukraine; at the level of administrative areas of the regions to estimate the concentration and localization of such sectors of the economy as industry, agriculture, trade, construction and services.
