THE MODERN STATE AND METHODS OF OPTIMIZATION OF PHYSICALEDUCATION ARE IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract
The current state and attitude of the state to the problems of physical training of young people indicate the problem of inconsistency of physical education in higher educational institutions with modern living standards, the growth of the number of students with low level of development of physical qualities, negative tendency to decrease the level of motor activity of student youth. All these negative indicators in recent years constantly attract the attention of specialists in physical culture and sports. The article analyzes the current state and problems of organizing physical education classes in an educational institution, suggests ways to improve the system of physical education, the methodology of improved and interested students' attitudes toward physical development classes, the main provisions of the effective combination of motor load with the mental activity of youth are determined. The attention is paid to the problem of reducing the student's motor activity and the ways of solving it. On the basis of experimental data it is proved that the ratio of students to physical education lessons is not obtained by a person in the process of the activity itself, but effectively develops in the development of knowledge and accumulation of motor experience associated with the manifestation of initiative and activity in the educational and pedagogical process.
