THE MODERN STATE AND MODERNIZATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF AGRICULTURAL TERRITORIES

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of this study is to identify the main components of the modernization of infrastructure rural territories. Methodology of research. To assess the state of the infrastructure of rural areas and the influence of factors on its modernization, the following general scientific methods were used: analysis (in studying the current state, trends in the development of infrastructure, processing of the results), deduction (in constructing a research structure in the logical relationship and studying the subject as a whole, the unity and interdependence of its individual components), induction (in the formulation of general conclusions about the study), hypotheses (in substantiating the probable paths modernization of the components of the social and industrial infrastructure of rural territories). Findings. The article assesses the current state of infrastructure of rural areas of Ukraine, in particular its two components: social and industrial. The unsatisfactory level of living conditions, life and development in the village has been proved analytically. It has been determined that the faster development of cities compared to rural areas is not a coincidence, an exception in our country, but a global phenomenon and fact, the specifics of the development of the XXI century. The basic directions of activity in the concept of bringing the infrastructure of the people in the rural areas to the modern needs of the people have been determined. Originality. As a result of the research, it has been established that the current state of social and industrial infrastructure of rural areas in order to cope with the crisis requires a well-coordinated modernization mechanism - bringing to the modern requirements of society. To promote this can accrue powers and responsibilities in one structure that serves as an innovative advisory and provides a set of information, socio-labour, environmental, scientific, technical and institutional resources. Practical value. Provision of a complex of regulatory, production, investment, social, informational, and environmental prerequisites for the broad development of rural infrastructure, which are designed to contribute to improving working conditions, living conditions, and income levels of peasants.
