THE MODERN STATUS OF FUTURE FELDSHIPERS 'READY FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
The theoretical foundations and peculiarities of organization and conducting of industrial practice of future paramedics on the basis of a competent approach that influence the quality of their professional training are considered. The aspects of the competent approach to the preparation of future paramedics in the process of production practice are revealed. The state of preparedness of future medical assistants for professional activity is determined. It is concluded that the problem of preparing future medical assistants for professional activity in the process of production practice is relevant and requires research. The prospective-search stage involves the analysis of training programs in industrial practice and ways to improve them.
