DEVELOPMENT OF PROTEIN SMOOTHIES BASED ON VEGETABLE MATERIALS

Abstract

The article presents the results of research in the field of increased biological value of beverages. The main offered nutrition ingredients are: fat yogurt 1% schavnat, chia seeds. The physico-chemical characteristics of the feedstock were investigated. Experimentally were established relation of recipe components. Was established the technology of protein smoothies.
