Journal Title: European Journal of Pharmaceutical and Medical Research - Year 2019, Vol 6, Issue 8
Abstract
Allergic contact dermatitis is one of the most common diseases. One of the urgent problems of modern pharmacology is the creation of ointment and anti-inflammatory drugs derived from natural products to improve the modern treatment methods of patients with skin inflammatory diseases. In this study, we studied the dynamic changes of morphological, clinical features, etiologic factors of allergic contact dermatitis and effect of derived from plant extract to the skin in experimental contact allergic dermatitis (CAD), prepared by means of a solution of 5% alcohol-acetone (2: 1) solution of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNСB) the effect on the skin. A new hydrophobic 5% solution of flavonoids from the local flavonoids and a new hydrophobic 5% grease form obtained from the same extract from the same red cereal root, and effective contact treatment of contact allergic dermatitis with other drug forms.
