Abstract
qe Author describes and examines amendments introduced in 2015 into the Polish Labour in protection of pregnancy, maternity and parental leaves and other rights arising in connection with paternity, assistance to dependants children. He concludes that since January 2nd, 2016 the protection of above mentioned rights ought to be seen as assimilable to the principle of equal treatment.<br/><br/>
