THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS IN THE CONTEXT OF DECENTRALIZATION

Abstract
The Article illustrates the historical stages of bases formation of decentralization in Ukraine. It also describes the implications and prospects of reforming of a control system. The author suggests mechanisms of territories self-development through the practice of public administration. The article focuses on natural technology life, activities and management, and socio-economic consequences of their implementation. It also describes the mechanisms of enhancing the multifunctional development of territorial entities, identified its key objectives and the socio-economic effect. The author describes the key development priorities of Ukraine through the realization of the idea of a "Family settlement".
