The Nature of Loyalty to the Promise and Theories of Keeping to the Loyalty in Irans and International Law

Abstract
Based on custom and cultural conditions human must be faithful to every kind of contract. There aren’t any differences in kind of contract. It can be oral contract or document and other kind of it. Promise Kept is a critical principle in Islam. Some Hadis state that promise kept is a branch of faith in Allah and Unprecedented inflation is sign of hypocrisy. Allah expressed promise kept in Quran and it is a sign of moral dignity. In other word legal society must be loyal to their covenant because it is an acceptable principle in society. This study attempts to survey legal conditions, barriers and guarantee to deliver in law of Iran and international treaties. It used descriptive-analysis methodology to evaluation object. Findings show that nature of promise kept is not define clearly in law and legal systems. All rules (customary or formal) of international laws are binding and must be run because effective implementation of international commitments is the main condition of creation of international security . Legislators expressed several approaches for running international rules that government must be done them. These approaches have credit in scientific society .
