THE NETWORK ORGANIZATION OF ECONOMIC SPACE AS THE CURRENT TREND OF THE WORLD ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is the analysis of the theoretical base of formation of the network economy as a modern trend of the world economy development, clarification of the nature of the network organization and company of the network marketing. Methodology of research. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge. The general scientific and special methods of investigation are used during the study, namely: abstract and logical, deductive and systematic analyzes in substantiating the importance of the network organization of economic space under the influence of globalization; in the disclosure of theoretical approaches to explain the causes of network approach to business; in generalization of the basic definition “network marketing”. Findings. The importance of the network organization of economic space under the influence of globalization is proved. The theoretical approaches to explain the causes of network approach to business are disclosed. The basic definition of the concept “network marketing” is generalized. Characteristic features of the network organization and classification of network structures are determined. The features of the network approach in the theories of management and marketing are analyzed. Differences of multi-level marketing from linear business are detailed. The essence of a global company of network marketing, where attention is focused on the information component that is important in the current conditions of the global economy development is disclosed. Originality. The essence of global company of network marketing under which proposed to understand the international company that operates outside the country of origin and organizing the dissemination of information, goods and services by building dynamic well organized network is substantiated in the article. The basis for network is the method promotion through independent distributors, who receive income from own sales and sales of constructed network structure. Practical value. The obtained results of the study will provide an opportunity to identification the company of network marketing among other network organizations for conducting accounting, legal regulations, etc.
