INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL FACTORS ON THE FORMATION OF THE STEADY SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION

Abstract
Purpose – giving the theoretical grounding of the influence of economic, environmental and social factors on the building a sustainable self-development of the region. Methodology of research. To reach the goal the monographic-analytical method is used in the article when examining the literature sources; the system-analytical one is used when studying the legislation and other legal and regulatory documents on environmental, economy issues and social indicators; the abstract- logical method is used to capture theoretical foundations, drawing the conclusions and proposals. Findings. Thoroughly and comprehensively considered the environmental condition of Vinnytsia region. A structural analysis of the sources of pollution through air, water, land and food. The main reasons that enable rapid and effective environmental deficiencies. Examined and described the impact of economic, environmental and social factors in the development of the Vinnytsia region in the light of changes in the laws of Ukraine. The attention on the state of environment and use of natural resources of the region, the development of social indicators as closely interrelated and interdependent components of the transition to sustainable self-development regions. The basic financial sources, aimed at the environmental, social and economic problems and their possible increase. Originality. The first time the comprehensive study of the impact of the main components of sustainable self-development of the region, specific suggestions to address the identified deficiencies, grounded ways of development in the decentralization of power and increased financial autonomy communities. Practical value is that the main results of the study make it possible to develop a reasonable strategy development units Vinnytsia region, considering the absolute majority of the factors more reasonably prepare estimates of development.
