The new public management of D. Osborn and T. Gebler as a panacea for the crisis in public administration: separate questions of theory and practice

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the fundamental principles of the implementation of the «New Public Management», which are rightly considered revolutionary and those that played an extremely important role in the formation of a completely new concept of public administration. At the same time, the author draws attention to the fact that despite the frenzied popularity of NDIs in many countries of the world, global trends create a basis for its fundamental transformation.
