The Next Page Access Prediction Using Makov Model
Journal Title: International Journal of Electronics Communication and Computer Technology - Year 2011, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
Predicting the next page to be accessed by the Web users has attracted a large amount of research. In this paper, a new web usage mining approach is proposed to predict next page access. It is proposed to identify similar access patterns from web log using K-mean clustering and then Markov model is used for prediction for next page accesses. The tightness of clusters is improved by setting similarity threshold while forming clusters. In traditional recommendation models, clustering by nonsequential data decreases recommendation accuracy. In this paper involve incorporating clustering with low order markov model which can improve the prediction accuracy. The main area of research in this paper is pre processing and identification of useful patterns from web data using mining techniques with the help of open source software.

Sclera Feature Extraction for Personal Authentication
This paper presents sclera-based biometric recognition. The vessel patterns in sclera are different for every individual and this can be used to identify a person uniquely. In this analysis , we are using sobal filter...
Efficient Implementation of Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) Decoder In VLSI
The best error-correcting performance can be achieved by using non-binary low-density parity check (NB-LDPC) codes. This can be of reduced decoding complexity with high cost efficiency and is mostly preferable than binar...
Automatic Speed Breaker on Time Demand Using Embedded Systems
The concept of this research work is to have an automatic speed breaker on time demand according to the requirements. Means when there is no need of the speed breaker on the road, it disappears from the road and the road...
Stacked Design of Parasitically Gap Coupled Square Patches for Enhance the Antenna Bandwidth
A stacked arrangement of square patch antenna is proposed and analyzed in this paper. An antenna is designed by using glass epoxy-FR4 substrate. In the proposed stacked arrangement there are two patches: driven (lowe...
