The notion of proof: correlation of the criminal-procedural and criminalistical aspects

Abstract

It is considered the notion of proof, its structural elements, and their ties. It is studied a correlation of criminal-procedural and criminalistical aspects of proving. It is given suggestions to change and supplement the criminal-procedural legislation.
