THE NULLITY OF THE TRANSACTION THE CONTENT OF WHICH DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the investigation of the nature of the transaction the content of which does not comply with the requirements of the law. The author stresses that the transaction the content of which does not comply with the requirements of the law is null and void. It is proved that establishing the nullity of such a transaction is achieved by comparing the content of the transaction and the provisions of the current legislation.
