THE OBJECTIVE NECESSITY FOR IMPROVEMENT IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF AGRICULTURAL SECTOR DEVELOPMENT REGULATION

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is the analysis of main components and the determination of main problems of the functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism of agricultural sector development regulation. Methodology of research. The fundamental provisions of modern economic science and the scientific works of scholars are the theoretical and methodological basis of the study. The following methods were used in the study: system-structural analysis was used for determining the basic elements of organizational and economic development of the mechanism of agricultural sector development regulation, the abstract logic method was used for determining the nature of the organizational and economic mechanism, the analytical method was used for determining the basic problems of the organizational and economic mechanism of agricultural sector development regulation. Findings. It was analyzed the existing approaches to defining the essence and main elements of the organizational and economic mechanism of agricultural sector development regulation. The problems of the functioning of organizational and economic mechanism of agricultural sector development regulation were defined. The main problems of the functioning of organizational and economic mechanism of agricultural sector development regulation are the ineffective information system, low innovation activity of enterprises, underdevelopment of social rural infrastructure, disparity of prices for agricultural products, the irrational use of agricultural land purpose, low wages in the agricultural sector etc. Originality. The main components of the organizational and economic mechanism of agricultural sector development regulation were defined. It was found that the organizational and economic mechanism of agricultural sector development regulation is a system of economic relations of interrelated elements that determine the production potential of the capacity for economic growth. Practical value. The results can be used in the development of measures to improve the organizational and economic mechanism of agricultural sector development regulation.
