The Opportunities of Entrepreneurship Education of Senior Pupils in Junior Achievement

Abstract
Enterprise skills are necessary every day and in every sphere of life: seeking a career, at work, establishing business and making important decisions in everyday life. Educational Junior Achievement establishments are a great opportunity for pupils to apply their theoretical economic and business knowledge in practice, to gain experience, to develop enterprise skills. Having analyzed the results of the research it is possible to state that the greatest encouragement for the pupils to join the activities of the Junior Achievement is the chance to experience certain diversity: to escape from usual textbooks and lessons. They prefer learning through action, group work. While implementing the project the pupils encounter the same problems as in real business: organization of work, shortage of time, lack of cooperation in achieving the common aim. The pupils acknowledge that participation in the Junior Achievement stimulates such enterprise skills as self-confidence, responsibility, creativity, problem solution
