The Organizational Climate And Role Of The Research Teacher To Achieve Professional Satisfaction

Abstract

The present study proposed to carry out an analysis of the organizational climate and the role of the research teacher to achieve professional satisfaction, which will allow feedback on the processes and improve all those factors that negatively influence the framework of administrative sciences in the education sector ; In such a framework of ideas, the work was developed using documentary, bibliographic and non-experimental descriptive design, techniques such as content analysis and instruments such as the file, the summary were used. Research centers were visitedin order to locate sources and previous works. It is concluded: a balanced organizational environment is a binding element in professional satisfaction in educational organizations, it is obviously reflected in the product and quality of the educational fact, the role of the teacher as a researcher is fundamental, in this sense, the work and research they fail to see the school as a production company. It is relevant to review the importance of the organizational climate in professional satisfaction and the role that the teacher has to perform as a researcher to promote this process
