Ineffectiveness in the collection of alimony within judicial processes in Ecuador

Abstract
The right to food constitutes a fundamental right, which is linked to the principle of the best interests of the child, which currently, analyzed holistically, suffers difficulties when the right is made effective. It has been determined that there is inefficiency in the collection of alimony payments, which, in turn, generates a violation of this right. In this sense, what is sought with this research is to expand the scope of application of coercive norms in order to be able to exercise the right of obligors and meet the objective of obtaining those economic values that will cover the needs of the beneficiaries. minors and the obligor to comply with their obligation. Complying with the proposed assets and the methodology used, it was possible to show that there are shortcomings in the infra-constitutional regulations and that a provision that invokes compliance with the Constitution and in responding to the questions and problems raised is feasible and necessary
