THE ORIGIN AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF DEREGULATION OF AGRОBUSINESS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
This article examines one of the most effective tools that opens new market prospects and serves the support of modern agribusiness, reveals the potential of Ukrainian producers, namely deregulation of the agrosphere. Also, key stages of the changes that have helped to transform Ukraine into a "global player in world markets" have been identified and helped to create a balance between high-quality deregulation and transparent control of the agrosphere. This article analyzes and reveals all the features, positive and negative features of deregulation, from the beginning of its formation to the present, highlights a number of relevant issues of the issue, conflict points and ways to solve them.
