THE ORIGINS OF INTERNATIONAL SYSTEMS

Abstract
The concept of international system is the key to the whole subject of international relations. The article covers the analysis of the origins of international systems as social phenomena based on syn- thesis of international relations theory, history and social science. It also characterizes how international systems have emerged and evolved through the course of world history, to understand how far back in time can we apply the idea of international systems. A special attention has been paid to the theoretical basis of the studies of political problems of international systems and global development.
