THE PECULARATIES OF USING THE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL TOOLS IN THE FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL IMAGE

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of the use of psychological and pedagogical tools in the formation of pedagogical image. It was found out that the teacher’s image is a symbolic image of the subject, created in the process of interaction between the teacher and the participants in the pedagogical process. It is revealed that work concerning the image’s formation can be represented in the form of such a model: definition of audience requirements, strengths and weaknesses of the object, the formation of the image and supply characteristics of the object to the requirements of the audience. The most important methods of forming a pedagogical image are analyzed: positioning, manipulation, emotionalization, detailing, metaphorization, information accentuation, verbalization, visualization, distancing, questioning, implementation of perception models, neurolinguistic programming. It is revealed that for the most effective analysis of the image, it is necessary to take into account such criteria as the teacher’s self-esteem, the appearance of ratings of others, and not necessarily positive, practical achievement of the planned goal with the assurance that it is achieved with the help of the image. The image that is most flexible will be more successful. It can be changed by a teacher in the event of any obstacles. For the formation of a positive pedagogical image, it is necessary to work not so much on the weaknesses of the parties, to hide them, but to increase the existing positive moments; this strategy is considered to be the most effective. The image must be formed taking into account the features of mass consciousness. The image consists of parts that must be related to the whole, impossible features that would be independent of others. In this plan, the image is an organic unity, from which it is difficult to remove any part without serious changes to the whole image. The image is considered to be successful, which causes the teacher to feel certain – an awareness of one’s personality, significance or even majesty.
