THE PECULIARITIES OF UPDATING TECHNOLOGY AND MODERNIZING ENTERPRISES OF VARIONS ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FORMS IN THE CONDITIONS OF HETEROGENEITY OF PRODUCTION IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Abstract
Introduction. Newly created agrarian enterprises are having difficulty adapting to market requirements. Issues of studying the peculiarities of the technology of updating and modernizing enterprises of various organizational and legal forms in the conditions of heterogeneity of production in the countryside are of great importance. Methods. The research was carried out on the basis of the principles of a systematic approach on the basis of which the features of organizational and legal forms were considered in conditions of heterogeneity of production in the countryside. The following research methods are used in the article: historical and logical, system and structural approaches, dialectical method of scientific knowledge, comparative, structural and functional methods. Results. Investigating the conditions of heterogeneity production in the village its most important features have been highlighted in the work. The expediency of carrying out the classification of the directions of state support in accordance with the requirements of the WTO has been proved. It has been determined that an effective level of management can be achieved when forecasting and planning of innovation activity at different levels of management will be carried out. The essence of the concept of "institution" has been revealed. It is emphasized that the organizational principles of systematic functioning of the organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises should be implemented. It has been substantiated that planning of the economies level on the basis of innovation activity should be systematic and continuous in character witch is aimed at the achieving a definite strategy of each of the orders. The article shows that, it is necessary to increase the role of development of heterogeneity in rural areas to promote the social rebirth of the village, and solving the social problems of the peasants, provide technology upgrades and modernize enterprises of various organizational and legal forms. Discussion. Promoting the social development of the village in the future should be that organizational and legal forms have an impact on the development of the village, and not only worked on self-enrichment.
