THE PHENOMENON OF POSTMODERNISM AS A PROBLEM OF MODERN PHILOSOPHY

Abstract
The article concretizes the content of the problem associated with the involvement of postmodernism as a phenomenon and the tendency of modern art in the ph ilosophical area. Based on the analysis of the main postmodern characteristics, it is concluded that postmodernism denies philosophy and, therefore, cannot claim to be a philosophical direction or school in the traditional sense, because it denies a rational reflection of reality.
