The place of confidence in the effective management

Abstract

The article investigates the place of confidence in the effective management process. The confidence as non-economic, socio-cultural institute is located in the structure of social capital of any society, organization, group; it exists in all economic, social, political and legal relations. The main purpose of this article is to conduct a theoretical study of the concept "confidence", to determine its place in the management process, to establish the supposition for building an effective management system and determine its level of influence on the economic development of the social network (organization). The confidence is an important characteristic of any organization` state as well as society in general; when there is a lack of confidence, the normal development of economy and organization is impossible. It has also been determined that confidence level` multiplication gives the stable socio-economic development of organization through management efficiency increase. The specificity of confidence is revealed in how reliable relationship can be. Therefore, at a high level of confidence in the economic sphere, almost all the needs of both - individual and a group are met, which in consequence leads to balanced activity. It is proved that the optimal level of confidence improves the management mechanism and promotes the effective development of the social network based on mutual understanding between the network participants and determines the motivation for achievements and reduces the competition`s risks. The article determined that confidence occupies significant place in effective management and plays an important role in the economic success of business entities. The study showed that it is necessary to pay attention to the importance of confidence as an effective management factor, because it affects the effectiveness of the organization functioning as a whole. The analyzed problems outline the relevance and prospects for further research and the results of this study can be used for further scientific investigations and practical studies in the field of management.
