The positive experience of Serbia and Georgia in the improvement of administrative and legal regulation in the public administration system in terms of democratization of public relations

Abstract
The article determines features of administrative and legal regulation in the public administration system in Georgia and Serbia. Specifics of administrative legislation in the mentioned context are revealed. Areas of borrowing of positive foreign experience in national legislation are formed.
