The preconditions of diversification of rural economy for integrated socio-economic development of rural territories

Abstract
The article outlines the reasons for a significant decrease in the number of rural population in Ukraine. It is determined that the imbalance between demand and supply of labor in the village is deepened due to low qualitative characteristics of vacancies, in particular: low wages, late payments, inaccessibility of transport, etc. The negative aspects of the economic activity of the informal sector of agricultural production are presented. The main causes of poverty in rural areas are identified.
