The preparation of educators to the work with preschool children on the basis of the anthropological approach

Abstract
The fundamental changes connected with the revision of the purposes and the principles of development of preschool children occur in the modern theory and practice of preschool education. It promotes the searching of innovative technologies of education and training of children on the basis of the anthropological approach. Accordingly, the professional training of teachers of preschool educational institutions acquires the particular importance for the development of preschool children.
