The principles of formation of complex mechanism of enterprise management

Abstract
The article presents the results of research of scientific and applied approaches to consideration of an essence of the concept «complex mechanism of enterprise management» as economic category; shows its importance; disclosures the essence; presents elemental composition; systematizes specifies and adds the basic principles of formation. У статті викладено результати дослідження науково-прикладних підходів до розгляду суті поняття «комплексний механізм управління підприємством» як економічної категорії; підкреслено його значимість та розкрито сутність; представлено елементний склад; систематизовано, уточнено і доповнено базові принципи формування.
