THE PRINCIPLES OF PROPAGANDA AS THE CONDITIONS FOR ITS EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the propagandistic principles as requirements to use its instruments to ensure its effective implementation. Based on consideration of the ideological, the communicative and the psychological approaches, the principles of novelty, plausibility, consistency, clarity, accessibility, brightness, differentiation according to target audiences, consistency, comprehensiveness, repetitiveness, credibility, severity for the challenge and match the desires of objects of propaganda have been identified as universal principles of propaganda.
