THE PROBLEM OF ASSESSING THE RELIABILITY AND PROTECTION POTENTIAL OF A MULTIFUNCTIONAL SAFETY SYSTEM OF A COAL MINE DURING NORMAL OPERATION AND A FIRE-EXPLOSION ACCIDENT OF A METHANE-AIR MIXTURE

Abstract

The article shows the relevance of the problem of quantitative assessment of the protection potential of a multifunctional safety system of a coal mine in the event of a fire-explosion accident of a methane-air mixture. Given the composition of the main subsystems of monitoring of upper-air fire-prevention and protection accident localization "fire-explosion" of a methane-air mixture. A quantitative assessment of the limit of destruction of underground structures and the force of the shock air wave was carried out. Mathematically determined the ratio of protection capacity multifunction systems security. The basic principle of prevention is proved.
