The problem of defining the notion and signs of discrimination in the workplace.

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine and scientific views of scientists, the author’s definition of the concept of discrimination in the workplace is given. Attention is drawn to the fact that discrimination in the labor sector is a specific violation or restriction of human rights. One of the key signs of discrimination in the workplace is the lack of legal grounds, that is, in the case of discrimination of violation and restriction of labor rights of individuals, there is no legal "subtext", and such actions a priori contradict the current legislation of Ukraine.
