The problem of ensuring the financial sustainability of the territorial communities of Ukraine

Abstract
Purpose. In Article analyzes the current situation to ensure financial self-sufficiency of local communities in Ukraine. The article investigates the financial self-sufficiency of local communities in Ukraine in order to identify ways to increase the resources they need. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, dialectical approach. Findings. The article identifies the factors affecting the level of financial self-sufficiency of the territorial community. Are considered signs of financial self-sufficiency of the territorial community. Investigated the revenue base of the territorial communities of Ukraine. Identified problems to ensure financial self-sufficiency of local communities in Ukraine, the main of which, first of all, is the lack of resources for the implementation of the powers of local communities and the prevalence in the structure of transfer revenues. Practical value. The paper suggests ways of solving the problems of financial self-sufficiency of local communities in Ukraine, taking into account the requirements of the present day, which will lead to a better functioning of the local government and to ensure financial self-sufficiency of local communities in the country. Main scientific article can be used in the practice of creating territorial communities.
