THE PROBLEM OF FORMING THE STUDENTS’ INTELLECTUAL CULTURE IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION

Abstract
Transformation processes that takes place in the Ukrainian society requires new approaches in solving educational problems. The article considers the intellectual culture as a complex category of social humanitarian knowledge. The intercommunication and interdependence of intellectual activity and professional training of students at higher educational establishments are grounded. The system of general education and self-education are considered to be the ways and means of forming the culture of thinking. Special attention is paid to the basic conditions and determinants in this process.
