The problem of improving anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine in the context of implementation of international experience

Abstract
In this article highlighted the main aspects of the concept of corruption and its main components. There analyzed international experience in the field of combating corruption, made the comparativeanalysis of mechanisms of prevention and fight against corruption of Ukraine and leading European countries i. Provided a number of key recommendations for improving anti-corruption legislation.
