THE PROBLEM OF LEGAL JUSTIFICATION

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of the improving of legal interpretation of legal norm and law enforcement. It was revealed the interesting method of hermeneutics analysis of the text. It is grounded the resources of creating of the expert system, which is able to calculate the admissible paths of the movement of the acting party to one or another aim in the prescribed nominative space.
