The problem of software «reformation» the CPSU Central Committee documents (1985-1986)

Abstract
The content and focus of the CPSU Central Committee policy documents adopted in 1985-1996 on the «reformation» of social-economic structure of the Soviet Union. According to the documents identified component of modernization of the Soviet economic system. Discussion questions are stipulated under the possibility and viability of the social and economic system of the USSR in accordance with the trend of world civilization.
