The problem of the determination of the jurisdiction of the administrative court to resolve disputes over the use of natural resources

Abstract
In the article, the author raises the issues of determining the jurisdiction of the administrative court to resolve disputes over the use of natural resources in Ukraine. The author raises the problems of delimitation of a civil law dispute from administrative legal disputes in the sphere of the use of natural resources. It is determined that the consideration of a dispute in the procedure of administrative proceedings is aimed at protecting the public interest in the sphere of the use of natural resources and environmental protection. The author concludes that overcoming existing conflicts of law enforcement, determining the jurisdiction of courts depends on an understanding of the division of environmental resources into private law and public law.
