The problems and perspectives of the legislative implementation of the “Euro” environmental standards in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is aimed at comparative analysis of national legislation and European Union legislation in the field of regulation of environmental standardization of cars “Euro – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6”. The emphasis is on improving the domestic environmental standards, the need for their harmonization with the norms of the European Union.
