The problems of enforcement of foreign judgments in Ukraine

Abstract
The content of the institute enforcement of foreign judgments in Ukraine was disclosed. Analysis of international legal procedures for securing enforcement of foreign judgments in Ukraine was done. Features of legal regulation of execution procedures such decisions in the national legislation of Ukraine were discovered. The basic problem of practical implementation procedures enforcement of foreign judgments in Ukraine were identified.
