THE PROBLEMS OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE MECHANISMS OF SECURING THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT IN TERMS OF THE INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION

Abstract
The problems of improvement of the information law in response to the threats and challenges caused by the aggravation of confrontation in a global scale are being researched. The author refers to a historical experience of a transformative role of the information, its influence at the development of the law philosophy, as well as at the overall law systems in different eras, that have been reflected in a heritage of the Ukrainian philosopher of the XIX century Pamphil Yurkevych. Considering the General Declaration of the Human Rights as a strong and common international legal foundation, he offered the improvement of the constitutional and legal foundations of the development of the Ukrainian legislation guaranteeing the balance of the interests of the person, the society and the state in the information area.
