Abstract
This article explores the main problems in the legal regulation of participation of persons with special knowledge, namely an expert and a specialist, in the process of consideration by courts of cases on environmental administrative violations. Based on the results of the study, relevant proposals have been developed to improve the legislation on administrative violations.
