GROUNDS AND PROCEDURE FOR THE RECOGNITION OF PROPERTY AS UNFOUNDED ENRICHMENT AND ITS RECLAMATION

Abstract
The article is focused on the issues of admitting the assets as meritless and their demand for the benefit of the state. The author of the article has highlighted the peculiarities of normative regulation of such a confiscatory sanction. The author has outlined the problematic issues regarding the grounds and procedure for the application of the mentioned sanction, and has also formulated propositions for their solution.
