VALUE OF CENTRALIZED AND LOCAL NORMS IN THE LEGAL REGULATION OF LABOR RELATIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine and the scientific views of scientists, the centralized and local norms in the legal regulation of labor relations in Ukraine are considered. It is stressed that for effective and qualitative management of labor relations the combination of centralized and local legal regulation is important. It is noted that the key aspect remains the correct balance of centralized and local legal regulation of labor relations.
