UNIFICATION OF LEGAL ENTITIES IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL-LEGAL FORM OF ASSOCIATION

Abstract
On the basis of analysis of current legislation of Ukraine and its application the general theoretical characterization of the associations’ status has been made. Economic legislation Ukraine provides for the creation of unifications of enterprises in the legal form of associations that may be established and operate on the basis of the memorandum and / or the statute. According to the survey the own opinion in improving the current legislation of Ukraine in this sphere has been expressed.
